Beyond the Everyday.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family, exploring personal interests, and discovering something new along the way.I've always had an interest in technology, particularly gadgets, computers, and tools that make everyday life easier. I enjoy understanding how things work, comparing different approaches, and finding practical ways to get more out of what I use.I also enjoy driving, exploring new places, and experiencing things outside my usual routine. Whether it's an interest I've pursued for years or something I've only recently discovered, I'm generally curious enough to learn more about it.Semper ad meliora — always toward better things. It's a principle I try to apply in everyday life by staying curious, learning from experience, and looking for practical ways to improve what I do and how I do it.

My professional experience spans different industries and leadership roles, with a consistent focus on developing people, improving operations, and strengthening organizational performance.Over the years, I've worked across learning and development, talent enablement, business operations, and operational excellence. These experiences have given me opportunities to lead teams, implement improvements, and help organizations navigate challenges and change.Alongside my corporate career, I've also been involved in consulting and advisory engagements, working with organizations to address business challenges, develop capabilities, and improve performance.
